I just have a couple things to comment on

First of all I love the way you draw her eyes and mouth! They look awesome!
Her cheek is a little to low (when a person smiles their cheek goes up and when they frown their cheek goes down)

It's pretty much a small curve under the eye when one is smiling.

I'm not sure what you were trying to do with her hand so I just moved it to her chin
I just added some more volume to her hair
From there I just stretched her face a little and repositioned some things :')
I also made the hand a little too small and I noticed it when I was uploading it OTL
